I stayed at Lourdes' overnight as I was waiting on my friend to land from the airport the next day. Her place is very close to the airport. Since booking my trip, Lourdes was very responsive with me. When I landed in Puerto Vallarta, I realized I left my phone charger at home. Well, Lourdes was kind enough to let me borrow hers the entire time I stayed over. Her place is incredibly clean and check-in was a breeze because she was there to greet me, giving it that friendly touch. I stayed in all day to finish up a work project and the house was quiet the entire time, which I appreciated. When I was done with work, I ordered Uber Eats. While I waited, I peeked downstairs and she was so pleasant and warm, inviting me to eat pancakes she had just made. (How can you not love someone who eats breakfast for dinner?!) I chatted with Lourdes while I ate my meal, and she gave me tips on safety, a michelada recommendation (yes, Lourdes, it was THE BEST), and wished me well on my travels. I would absolutely stay with Lourdes again in a heartbeat and I already miss that pink room that felt like a home away from home.
